1:1 Coaching

We partner together over three to six months to create sustainable habits that support your long-term health. This allows us to move beyond surface changes and build true confidence and clarity.

Sessions are available via phone or Zoom video calls, depending on what feels most comfortable for you. If you are local to the Pittsburgh area, we can meet in-person (small travel fee included).

Group Presentations

I am available to come to your place of business, local community organization or house of worship to lead workshops tailored especially for your group.

This can be a one-time presentation, a multi-session series or ongoing programming done cohort style. I also lead virtual sessions, if this is more convenient.

Healthy choices start with what you choose to bring into your home. During Smart Shopping sessions, I join you at the grocery store and guide you through choosing nourishing foods, reading nutrition and ingredient labels, building balanced meals and staying aligned with your budget.

You’ll leave feeling confident, not confused, about what goes in your cart!

I offer 3- and 6-month one-on-one coaching options. Sustainable health takes time, and this allows us to move beyond quick fixes and build habits that truly last. During your clarity call, we’ll discuss which timeframe best supports your goals.

This coaching is focused on long-term health, metabolic wellness, and sustainable habits — not crash dieting or extreme weight-loss plans.

While body composition may change as habits improve, our focus is on blood sugar balance, heart health, prevention, strength, and overall vitality.

Rather than handing you a rigid meal plan, I teach you how to build balanced meals with confidence. The goal is education and empowerment — so you can make informed choices anywhere, not just when following a template.

Not at all. My coaching is rooted in my faith and values, and I gently incorporate that perspective for those who desire it. You are welcome here whether you want explicit faith integration or simply a values-aligned approach to wellness.
